Shipping policy

Gray Area Shipping’s goal is to get you your product as quickly as possible! Most orders received before noon on a business day will be shipped out to you the same day. You will receive an email from us when a shipping label has been created for your order, and you will be able to track your package using the convenient tools offered by USPS.

We only ship during the business week, and are closed on major holidays. In cases of extremely high demand, or of backlog from extended holidays, extreme weather, etc., processing may be delayed by an additional two to three business days.

We aim to be discreet in shipping for everyone’s privacy and safety. Within each package is a notice to the postal carrier that the product being shipped is legally classified as hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill, and we include certificates of authenticity for each included strain showing the lab analysis and compliance with the law. Please contact us if you have problems with your mail carrier.

Please keep in mind that we cannot control when a package is delivered by the mail carrier. By placing your order, you agree to assume all responsibility for making sure that you are the only person to whom the order will be delivered. We believe in personal responsibility - please use the USPS tracking tools to know when your order is arriving and plan ahead to be the person who receives it!
